Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice before cancelling a scheduled coaching session. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged for the full session. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, they will be charged for the full session. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their coaching sessions without penalty, as long as they provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session. If a client requests to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice, the request may be declined and the original session fee will still be charged.
