This is not a marketing call. We simply want to ensure if we're a good fit to work on your goal. The call does not guarantee a spot into the program.
Cancellation Policy
PT sessions to be used within the plan's allowed time after initial purchase. A session can only be rescheduled once provided with a 12hr notice time to the coach ahead of your session. No show will incur %50 of session cost and cannot be rescheduled. Non refundable if you change your mind or encounter any unforeseen circumstance. Your sessions are transferrable to someone else and/or online coaching upon our discretion if you encounter a medical emergency restricting you from training. Please advice the trainer if you have any concerning medical issue before commencing training.
