PROGRAM CANCELLATION & PARTIAL REFUND AGREEMENT
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CANCELLATION REQUEST
The Client has requested to cancel their coaching program due to life commitments and has requested a refund. The Coach acknowledges this request and provides the following terms based on the original Program Agreement.
REFERENCE TO ORIGINAL CONTRACT TERMS
This cancellation is processed under the following provisions of the original Program Agreement:
Section: Payments & Refunds - "In the event of the Client's absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $50.
Section: Payments & Refunds - "Under no circumstances are refunds offered after work has been completed. The coach can not get the time back that they put into your program. If anything happens where you cannot continue with the program make sure you bring this to your coaches attention and it will be up to the coaches discretion.
CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reason for Cancellation: The Client has indicated that life commitments prevent them from continuing the program. This reason does not constitute a medical emergency or medical condition that would warrant special consideration under the health and safety provisions of the original agreement.
Services Delivered: The Coach has provided personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, ongoing communication support, and weekly check-ins as outlined in the original agreement from the program start date through the cancellation request date.Partial Refund
Authorization: At the Coach's discretion, and as a gesture of goodwill, the Coach agrees to provide a 50% refund of the remaining unused portion of the program fee, calculated from the cancellation date forward.
Cancellation Fee: The standard $50 cancellation fee as specified in the original agreement will be deducted from any refund amount.

Program Duration: 16-26 weeks (as per original agreement)
Weekly coaching rate = $120/week
Refund Calculation:

3 weeks completed + 2 weeks notice = 5 total weeks

5 weeks × $120 = $600 owed

Remaining value: $1,590 - $600 = $990

Less cancellation fee: $50

Final refund amount: $445
FINAL SETTLEMENT TERMS
This partial refund represents the complete and final settlement of all obligations between the Coach and Client regarding the coaching program.
The Client acknowledges that this 50% partial refund is provided at the Coach's discretion and is more favorable than the original contract terms, which do not guarantee any refunds after services have been delivered.
The Client releases the Coach from any further financial obligations related to the program and agrees not to pursue any additional refund requests or claims.
All other terms of the original Program Agreement remain in effect, including confidentiality, liability release, and dispute resolution procedures.
The Client acknowledges that progress photos and any content created during the program remain the property of the Coach for marketing purposes as agreed in the original contract.
PAYMENT OF REFUND
The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 business days of both parties signing this agreement and will be issued to the same payment method used for the original program purchase.
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Partial Refund Agreement.
