How it works:
This challenge is for ANY level of experience. No matter what your diet or exercise regimen is like currently, you can always make it better. The CHALLENGE consists of your own training program, nutrition plan and group support and motivation to help you kickstart your fitness goals and adopt healthy habits. No gym membership required. The training programs will consist of exercises that you can perform with bodyweight only or at the gym. Join with a friend and share the experience together for extra accountability. Let's go!
