How it works:
If there is one exercise in the gym that I have spent the most time studying, and practicing would be the SQUAT. Once I could effectively teach someone else to learn how to use parts of their body in a specific way they had not before, I knew I wanted to save more lower back injuries. Course includes: Week 1) understanding the biomechanics of squat and practicing them with exercises. Week 2) Finding imbalances and correcting them with exercises, and mobility work. Week 3) Equipment needed based on your restrictions, and how to use them. Week 4) Bar set up, un-racking/re-racking and feedback on your final squat video.
